July 23rd , 9am-12pm: Ultimat8 Warrior
Ultm8 Warrior is the UK’s first “Junior only” OCR event series! There will be 15-20 obstacles including hurdles, net crawls, ramps, monkey bars, balance beams and more!
July 27th, 11-3pm: Himley Park’s Gnome Alone - Norris the Gnome has become lost in the wilds of Himley Park. Help Norris’s friends find him. Free event.
August 3rd, 11-3pm: Dinosaurs V Fairies - Everybody thinks dinosaurs died out 66 million years ago, but actually they were shrunk by fairies and their eggs used to make perfect fairy cakes! However the dinosaurs have now escaped into Himley Park and you can either warn the fairies or help the dinosaurs to escape.
August 10th, 11-3pm: Princesses & Pirate Treasure Hunt
An opportunity for kids to dress up and run around the park. Pick up a clue sheet from the park warden then follow the clues around the park and answer the questions.
Sandwell Valley 3 Day Summer Festival 26-28th August
A wonderful festival of summer fun for the whole family to enjoy with Street Food, Bars, Funfair, Stage Shows, Live Music, Strongman contest, Birds of Prey, Children's Rides, Punch & Judy, and a giant market of endless stalls selling a huge range of clothing, jewelery, shoes, crafts, toys, treats & sweets for the kids, bars for Dad, and bags for Mum!
