BMW M Award : M Power for the best qualifier The BMW M Award is a firm tradition in BMW M ’ s many activities in MotoGP™ . This coveted prize has been presented to the fastest rider in qualifying since 2003 . The prize on offer is a brand new BMW M car . In the 2022 season , Francesco “ Pecco ” Bagnaia won the BMW M Award for the first time . His prize : the first BMW M3 Competition Touring with xDrive ( combined fuel consumption : 10.4 – 10.1 l / 100 km in accordance with WLTP ; combined CO2 emissions : 235 – 229 g / km in accordance with WLTP )*.
