Having made major steps forward with radical changes to its RS-GP in each of the three previous years , Aprilia ’ s fine 2022 meant only small evolutions were needed this winter . All aspects of performance were touched in a minor way . “ The cooling is much better ,” said Aleix Espargaro of his bike ’ s evolution . “ We have some more revs , the bike is a bit faster on the straight and it ’ s narrower , which makes it easier to change direction . With the new aero the bike turns better . In general , we made a very small step forward in all areas .”
Depois dos grandes passos dados em frente com alterações radicais na RS-GP em cada um dos três anos anteriores , o bom ano de 2022 da Aprilia fez com que apenas pequenos desenvolvimentos fossem necessários neste Inverno . Todos os aspetos da prestação foram melhorados de forma ligeira . “ O sistema de arrefecimento está muito melhor ,” disse Aleix Espargaró sobre a evolução da sua moto . “ Temos mais rotação , a moto está um pouco mais rápida em reta e é mais estreita , o que torna as mudanças de direção mais fáceis . Com a nova aerodinâmica a moto curva melhor . No geral , demos um passo muito pequeno em frente em todas as áreas .”
