He didn ’ t have the race wins to show for it . But Binder ’ s performances through 2022 aboard an uncompetitive KTM were deeply impressive . His 14 top eight finishes were enough for sixth overall , and showcased him as one of MotoGP™ ’ s leading names . The 2016 Moto3™ World Champion came within three points of adding the 2019 Moto2™ title to his roster of achievements . But it is MotoGP™ where he has really shone , scoring the factory ’ s first premier class win in 2020 before adding another in Austria in 2021 . He fully expects to fight among the top three for regular podiums this year .
