Neil Thompson aka Price( short for Priceless). Was born January 21 st, 1978 in Detroit, Michigan. Birth child of Delphine Thompson who would be a profoundly influenGal figure in his music endeavors.
Price was turned on early to the 80’ s Detroit scene. Mesmerized by Kangools, Addidas, real hustlers and RUN DMC echoing in the background it was inevitable that Price himself would partake in a hard line movement. Mother Delphine Thompson who song in a trio band performing at top venues such as governors convenGons and military installaGons worldwide, feared that Detroit itself would doom her children as it has many others. She moved Price and his older sibling Mark Thompson( who would also become an influenGal figure in his life), moved to Phoenix, Arizona. Price started developing a wicked flow mostly about revoluGonary themes, and major rap. Influenced by ICE Cube, E-‐ 40, Bone, Brotha Lynch Hung, Public Enemy, X Clan and Wutang. Later in the
mid 90’ s signing with IROC Records, Price got to work with arGst such as E-‐ 40 and Korrupt.
Now Price and partner Bug Cash are currently working on a solo project under and independent label called“ Money Train Ent.” The Coming of Price mixtape will be one of the hoaest mixtapes to hit Phoenix ever, followed up by the album The Passion of Price.
IT WAS INEVITABLE THAT PRICE HIMSELF WOULD PARTAKE IN THE HARD LINE MOVEMENT.
