The 2019 Winsted Pride Award winners were recognized at Tuesday’s Winsted City Council meeting. The residential winners were Curtis
and Kathryn Weibel of 330 1st St. North. The commercial winner was the Winsted Arts Council, 141 Main Ave. West. The Winsted Pride
Award recognizes business and residential properties in the city that have gone “above and beyond” to enhance the aesthetic quality
