Q. If the results are approved, the AMHA office will issue a statement of acceptance. The AMHA office will verify all show results. If there are discrepancies in the results, the Show Manager will be contacted in order to allow for corrections and/or explanation. If the Show Manager does not reply within 15 business days, excluding holidays, the results will be accepted with the office’s corrections. NOTE: For example; if the person listed in an Amateur class is not eligible to show in that class, their entry will be disqualified. The intention is to allow Show Managers a chance to verify with exhibitors. Should they exhibit gross negilgence in reporting correct show results, their status as an AMHA Show Manager could be in jeopardy and their actions would be reviewed by the Executive Committee.(Amended 02-15, effective 01-16) Show results of AMHA approved shows will be posted on the Website of AMHA and each household requesting a printed copy will be charged the appropriate Show Results Fee (see fee schedule). A period of one year from the date of the show will be allowed for a correction of printed show results. After that date, no request for show result corrections will be considered. Exception: Honor Roll placements will not be changed after January 31 for the preceding year. It is the responsibility of the owner of record at the time the horse is exhibited to notify AMHA of any possible errors in show results. Any show giving a worthless check to a judge will be denied all privileges of AMHA and the show committee may be liable to action by the Board of Directors. U.  Only show managers (chairpersons) may hire or have any contact with the judges for their shows. The hiring of judges by a manager or chairperson constitutes a business relationship for the duration of that show only. (Amended 02-12, effective 01-13) V. Before the entry forms are mailed to exhibitors, make sure your entry form contains the following: 1. The location, dates, and starting time of the show (You might include a map, or specific directions to barns, arena, etc. especially at All Breed or Stock Shows and Fairs). 2. The names of the judge(s) and show manager. 3. The cost of all entry fees, late entries, stalls, parking hookups, drug fees, or state or county fees. 89 SHOW RULES T. All judging officials must be listed with his/her location of residence and his/her AMHA judging classification. No other information is to be included in the premium book.
