representatives and agents of the Association will attempt to
obtain true and complete information relating to registrations,
Hearings, and all other matters pertaining to Association’s
activities and business. Except for proven intentional wrong
doings, neither the Association nor any of the above will be liable
in any way, whether in damages or otherwise, for the issuance of
any certificate of registration, for the transfer of any certificate of
registration, for the refusal to issue a certificate, for the issuance
of pedigree statements, for the refusal to transfer any certificate
of registration, for any disciplinary proceedings brought against
or penalties imposed on any member or non-member by or on
behalf of the Association.
