to any person who has been denied privileges pursuant to this
rule, upon application and satisfactory proof by such person that
restoration of privileges is warranted.
176 NOTICES
Any and all notices required or permitted under these rules and
regulations will be deemed given on the date such notice is mailed
to a person’s last known address according to the Association’s
records.
RECORDS
180 INDIVIDUAL PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS
Any person subject to these rules and regulations may be required
to supply any information and documents that the Association
may determine to be necessary with respect to the registration of
horses or the transfer of registration certificates.
180B Failure to Keep or Show Records
If the Association determines that no systematic and
satisfactory plan for keeping records is in use, or if no
records are made available upon the Association’s written
request for compliance, the Association may, for up to fortyfive (45) days, temporarily refuse registration or transfer of
registration certificates from such owner until the records
are complete. If during that forty-five (45) day period the
owner fails to demonstrate compliance with the Association’s
request to provide the office with such paperwork or for
keeping and maintaining a systematic and satisfactory set
of records, the Association may proceed against the owner
under the rules of Disciplinary Procedures.
180C Annual Stallion Reports
Stallion Breeding Reports (with the exception of stallion
breeding reports for embryo transfer that must be submitted
at the time of embryo transfer) shall be submitted to the
Association office by the following January 15th of each
preceding breeding year. A filing fee of ten dollars ($10.00)
per stallion must be submitted with the report. If stallion is
co-owned with “and”, signatures of all owners are required to
sign the stallion breeding report. (Amended 02-07, effective

If submitted as a late report (after January 15th) the fee
of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) filing fee plus ten dollars
($10.00) per mare must be PAID. All fees must be paid

180A Record Keeping
Complete and accurate records of breeding (hand, pasture,
artificial insemination or embryo transfer), foaling, etc.,
must be kept in permanent form by owner of horses, and
these records must be made available to the Association as
may be determined necessary with respect to the registration
of horses or the transfer of registration certificates.
