The EC will decide if the complaint has been resolved or whether a Notice of Charge should be issued. If a Notice of Charge is issued, the $100.00 filing fee will be returned to the member filing the complaint. Both parties will be notified of the decision. (Amended 02-15, effective 01-16) RULES & REGULATIONS 151 NOTICE OF CHARGE After investigation, if the Executive Committee finds reasonable grounds to believe that any person has violated any bylaw, show rule or regulation, or has engaged in any misrepresentation, misconduct, or any other act adversely affecting the purposes or good name of the Association, the President or designee will mail to such person a Notice of Charge stating the wrong doings alleged to have been committed by such a person. The Notice of Charge will be mailed to such person at said member’s or non-member’s last address of record with the Association. The charged person shall be given not less than fifteen (15) days notice of time and place for hearing such charge by the Hearing Board.
