CL-015 HALTER DIVISION A. Classes for both senior mares and stallions must be divided as follows: 1. Over 32” up to and including 34” 2. Over 30” up to and including 32” 3. Over 28” up to and including 30” 4. 28” and under 5. Grand and Reserve Champion Senior Mare and Stallion B. Classes for junior mares and stallions must be divided as follows: 1. Weanlings (foals old enough to be shown without having to take the mare in the show ring with the foal) 2. Yearlings 28” and under 3. Yearlings over 28” up to and including 30” 4. Yearlings over 30” up to and including 32” 5. Two-year-olds 29” and under 6. Two-year-olds over 29” up to and including 31” 7. Two-year-olds over 31” up to and including 33” 8. Grand and Reserve Champion Junior Mare and Stallion C. Classes for geldings must be divided as follows: Senior Geldings: 1. Over 32” up to and including 34” 2. Over 30” up to and including 32” 3. 30” and under 4. Grand and Reserve Champi on Senior Gelding Junior Geldings: 1. Yearling and weanling geldings 2. Two-year-old geldings 3. Grand and Reserve Champion Junior Gelding D. Supreme Halter Champion (if given) Those eligible for Supreme Halter Champion are: 1. Grand Champion Junior and Senior Stallion 2. Grand Champion Junior and Senior Mare 3. Grand Champion Junior and Senior Gelding F. If lack of entries warrants, show management, with the consent of all contestants involved, may combine only age or height classes as needed (points earned in a combined size class will be awarded the size group for which the horse was eligible). 103 SHOW RULES E. The Champion classes must include first and second place winners from the appropriate classes. All first and second place winners must show in their respective championship class. The junior or senior champion must be selected from the first place winners in its sex division. The second place winner from the class providing the champion and the other first place horses will then be eligible for Reserve Champion. See GR-045 I.
