Meet the
Team –
Laverton
CFC
Paul Bruzzaniti
(Site Operations Manager)
My favourite part of my job is:
Working with a great team.
What does a typical day look like
in your role? Anything and
everything! Every day at the CFC is
different, and amongst all of it I need
to ensure day to day operations are
running smoothly.
What’s been a stand-out project,
process or change that you’re proud
to have been part of? Our recent
mezzanine expansion project has
been very successful and has given
us many more locations for new
products. A great effort by the team
to plan and commission this.
My favourite Officeworks product is:
I love my toys so any tech product!
If you could be any animal, which
would you be? Any type of bird.
If you could have any one
superpower, which would you
choose? The ability to fly!
Willie Lacap
(Safety and Admin Coordinator)
My favourite part of my job is:
Working with the team.
What does a typical day look like
in your role? It’s complicated as
my day is very fluid. However my
day always consists of working on
daily operational figures, dealing
12
with health and safety issues on site
and reviewing and tracking training
requirements for Team Members.
What’s been a stand-out project,
process or change that you’re
proud to have been part of? Traffic
management on site was very
challenging during my first few
months here at the Laverton CFC.
The issues were partially addressed
by the boom gate installation and
handrail installation. The mezzanine
project was also challenging and
yet very rewarding to see something
from planning stage to completion
come into fruition.
My favourite Officeworks product
is: Pens as I love writing and
using them.
If you could be any animal, which
would you be? An eagle.
If you could have any one
superpower, which would you
choose? To fly.
