Evening, Saturday, and Summer School

Summer School Program
Central Summer School provides courses in credit recovery, enrichment/acceleration, Extended
School Year, English language development, and
CAHSEE preparation. Senior Graduation Summer
School will be offered to seniors who need credits
for graduation or need to pass the CAHSEE exams.

Summer School Locations
Galileo Academy is designated as Summer Graduation Site. Students who expect to graduate in the
summer will enroll at Galileo.

Balboa High School is a credit recovery site. Students may take two courses in the summer. See

Washington High School is a credit recovery site.
Students may take two courses in the summer. See
course offerings for what is available.
Thurgood Marshall High School is a credit recovery
site. Students may take two courses in the summer.
