Inner peace
Deepak Chopra has said that meditation is not a way of making your mind quiet, but instead it's a way of entering into the quiet that's already there. And in that quiet, we can hear our inner voice's guidance. So step number one is to enter into the quiet within and the best way to do that is to meditate.
