An independent and fair assessment. With offices in South Africa and a local team, Ecocert believes they understand the (South) African client. With the Ecocert name and logo, recognised around the world, locally-produced products can be associated with a reputable global certification company.

Ecocert's certifications
Ecocert's main certification cover three major aspects: organic farming; cosmetics and textiles. In terms of organic farming, its certifications include NOP regulations (for the USA), EC regulations (834/2007) for Europe, JAS regulations for Japan and other national regulations for a variety of countries. With cosmetics, Ecocert uses its own standards to grant certification and the COSMOS (COSMetic Organic Standard). With textiles
