Know Thyself
Those who would like to ‘Know Themselves’ and who wish to
systematically build-up meditational skills are welcome to contact us.
Especially if you wish to be in the ambit of St Germain and his high-level
communications.
Classes begin formally on 16 March and will from then on be every
Wednesday evening from 7 – 9/9.30 pm for 3 weeks of the month.
Cost: R300 per month
Youth Group
Meditation classes
Teenagers and young adults who wish to be part of a bi-monthly
meditation group and who are older than 16 are welcome to contact us.
Classes will run on Saturdays from 11-1 pm.
This is specifically for young people who wish to understand themselves,
the purpose of life and why things are as they are.
Those attending will be taken on a journey of inner exploration including
meditation techniques, self-awakening processes and group discussions.
Cost: by donation
