for one last battle
STILL HUNGRY?
Jennifer Lawrence returns for the final
part of the series that made her a huge star
t’s been a long year
waiting for the final
chapter of The
Hunger Games saga
to come out –
especially when you know that
both parts of Mockingjay were
filmed back-to-back. Now,
finally, we’re almost there...
Jennifer Lawrence (American
Hustle, Silver Linings Playbook)
reprises her role as Katniss
Everdeen, the normal girl who
has become a figurehead of the

revolution against the
oppressive, autocratic Capitol.
When Katniss started out, her
task was simply to survive a lifethreatening challenge as part of
an extreme reality TV series –
The Hunger Games. Over the
course of the films, as her fame
has grown, it’s become clear that
she must fight for the people she
loves and help change the world
for the better.
Everything is leading to the
ultimate showdown with her
mortal enemy, the sinister
President Snow (Donald
Sutherland – Horrible Bosses),
who she plans to remove from
office – in a very permanent
fashion. He won’t go down
without a fight, however, and as
we saw in the last film he has
become increasingly obsessed
with destroying her.
Inevitably, Katniss has to risk
it all to win the ultimate prize:
will the Girl on Fire get the
world that she wants?
