It stars Oscar winner Lupita Nyong’o as Miss Caroline, a primary school teacher who must protect her young charges when hungry zombies overrun the area. Co-starring Frozen’s Josh Gad, it’s sweary, funny, knowing and oh-so gory. The walking dead genre has lost its bite of late, but this should have it up and shuffling once more. A bloody hoot! 15 NOV Charlie’s Angels TBC Thrilling WW2 drama based on critical real events DIRECTOR ROLAND EMMERICH STARRING LUKE EVANS, PATRICK WILSON, ALEXANDER LUDWIG The Battle of Midway heralded a turning 8 NOV point in the Second World War, with the US fleet gaining revenge on the Imperial Japanese Navy after the latter’s surprise Pearl Harbor attack (which killed 2,403 Americans). Boasting an all-star cast that includes Luke Evans and Nick Jonas, director Emmerich doesn’t hold back in this recreation of those monumental events from the Pacific Theatre.
