Chrisy Saula
Chrisy Saula RN , NHA , Administrator , has been in the LTC sector her entire professional life , participating in every clinical position along the way . Starting as a Certified Nursing Assistant through Registered Nurse supervisor of all three shifts , as RNAC , to holding positions as Director of Nursing for 10 years and a Nursing Home Administrator since 2012 . Her leadership qualities are reflected daily as the entire team approaches everything with kindness and love . “ I ’ m thankful to be on this journey with my team at The Orchards of Saxonburg . Together , we care for Minds , Bodies , and Souls .”

Sheila Hartle RN , BSN , MSN , RNAC , Director of Nursing , received her Associate ’ s degree in nursing at Butler County Community College in1989 , her Bachelor ’ s degree from Slippery Rock University in 2006 , and her Master ’ s degree in nursing from Walden University in 2009 . The depth of her education and experience are integral to successfully fostering quality of care , love , and respect for all residents . As Director of Nursing at The Orchards of Saxonburg , Sheila thoughtfully and compassionately touches the lives of our residents every day . “ Our residents are our family .”

Andrea Elsbury has dedicated her career to helping others . Since graduating from Lenape School of Practical Nursing in 2001 , she has applied her compassion and LPN training to those in need . An established resident of Chicora , PA ., you may recognize Andrea from her 17 years serving the community as an LPN , Restorative Nurse , or Director of Resident Care . The Orchards of Saxonburg is delighted to have Andrea share her passion and expertise as our Community Liaison .
