Sweet Potato Cookies
A tasty and healthy seasonal treat!
Ingredients:
• 1 Large Sweet Potato, peeled, cooked, mashed
• 3 Eggs
• 3 / 4 Cup Unsweetened Applesauce
• 1 1 / 3 Cup Coconut Flour
• 1 Banana, mashed
• 1 / 4 Cup Plain Kefir
• 1 / 2 tsp. Ginger and 1 / 2 tsp. Cinnamon( optional)
Instructions:
1) Mix all ingredients together, then form into small one to two inch cookies. 2) Bake at 200 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 hour. 3) Let cool before serving to your pets. 4) Store in refrigerator for up to one week.
