Texas Apartment Association held its Annual Fall Board Meeting and Installation Reception during the week of October 18th - October 20th at the Westin Riverwalk in downtown San Antonio . Members of SAAA tremendously made their mark as Kelley Liserio and Mike Rust were installed as 2024 President and Treasurer , Debbie Wiatrek was honored with the Frank P . Finch Presidential Award and Ryan Baldwin , Mike Rust were recognized as TAA MVPs of 2023 ! Congrats to all !
