1 . How long have you been practicing ? Legal Graphicworks has been around since 2010 and is here to serve the legal community . We are excited to continue to grow , adding new services , and continue to be the one-stop shop to help attorneys strengthen their cases .
2 . What is the one thing your company is known for over your competitors ? We ’ ve been told that we are known for folding seamlessly into the team helping to enhance the case with legal video , trial graphics , trial technology and court reporting , being easy to work with , and being easy to get a hold of ( no matter the time or day ). We are proud to be here to help our clients win cases .
3 . What is the best piece of advice you ’ ve been given ? I was told for many years to focus on our team as a business and that your only competition is yourself . It keeps us focused on our work and not others . I can truly say that living by the advice and letting the rest work itself out has been a blessing ( and success ) for us !
4 . Who inspires you ? I know so many say their parents inspire me and I am joining them . To see where they came from , what they overcame ( and still overcoming ) and the way they handled everything is admirable . I live each day with lessons they have taught me and lead with tools they have given me . I hope the impact I make on the world is a glimmer to the impact they had on me .
5 . What was the last book you read ? Extreme Ownership : How U . S . Navy Seals Lead and Win by Jocko Willink and Leif Basin . The book gives a clear understanding that whatever happens under your management is your responsibility and not those on your team . It is your job to make your team prepared .
6 . If you had to eat one meal every day for the rest of your life , what would it be ? Crawfish ! Coming from New Orleans , we live and die by crawfish . I could eat them all day , every day .
7 . Tell us something that colleagues might not know about you ? When I was younger , I proudly played for two baseball teams representing the United States . They were each such incredible experiences . It taught me a whole other level of pride and played such a part in molding me into the person I am today .
