The Song Contest
There´s hardly anything in the world that can express a variety of feelings and emotions in such perfect manner as songs. Our students decided to celebrate the Europen Day of Languages by singing songs from different cultures in different languages.
Our youngest learners opted for a French dancing piece, even though they aren´t learning French! Edina chose a wonderful bittersweet English-Hungarian blues, Árpád sang about Europe described metaphorically as a beautiful woman. The lads and lasses from II.A instructed everyone to shut up and dance :) Septima B put on a piece about colourful Europe - in a variety of languages (can you recognize them?). Sonja picked up a tune written by a Romanian band singing in Hungarian. Tercia B celebrated in a Russian manner and Alexandra from II.C remastered Tom Odell´s Another Love. Let´s watch and listen!
