LETTER FROM THE FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER
Eaglebrooke ,
With the summer months now behind us and hints of fall already making an appearance here and there , you can feel the anticipation in the air . The kids are back in school , football season has begun , the World Series is just a swing away , and we might even get the occasional “ cool ” front every now and then . It all reminds us of the action-packed schedule we ’ re about to enjoy over the next four months . So be sure to keep the Club Calendar close at hand and make those reservations early !
We begin the 1st of October with a Complimentary Wine Tasting to sample Sonoma Cutrer Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from 6pm-7:30pm .
Then come join us October 6th , 7th , and 8th from 5pm-8pm for three days of delicious German food and beverages . Dine with us and enjoy everything from Sauerbraten to Pork Schnitzel . Drink Specials will include Jager bombs , Spiced Sangria , and Oktoberfest Draft Beer .
On Thursday , October 21st , bring the kids to the club to take part in our Pumpkin Carving Contest from 4pm- 5pm . Members will be $ 15 per carver and Non-Members will be $ 25 per carver .
Friday , October 29th , we are having our Spooktacular Adult Costume Contest & Tapas Night ! Come in your best Halloween Costume and get a chance to win ! There will be a variety of Halloween Themed Cocktails to enjoy .
The Club would love to do a display table in honor of our veterans for Veterans Day Thursday , November 11th , 2021 . If you would like to participate and share any photos or memorabilia , please let me know . You can bring your items to me at the club , and I will keep your precious memories safe and will return after the Veterans Day holiday .
