# PBCBAWellnessWednesday

Check your mindset twice as often as you check your phone .
On the first Wednesday of every month , we ’ re going to post an inspirational quote on our Facebook page and feature a member who is involved with doing something to improve their wellness .
We kick off the program this month by introducing you to Schnelle Tonge , Esq . Schnelle has been an Assistant Public Defender for 14 years , currently the Chief of the Client Services and Mental Health Division at the 15th Judicial Circuit Public Defender ’ s Office . When not advocating on behalf of the indigent accused , Schnelle likes to spend her free time bodybuilding . She has competed professionally three times in National Physique Committee ( NPC ) shows . While not actively competing this year , Schnelle still works out daily , she finds that it helps maintain both her physical and mental health .
Working out is a great way to boost energy , improve mood , and can be a fun activity to do with family and friends . Give it a try !
What are you doing to improve your wellness ? Let us know so we can share it . Email Lynne Poirier , Communications Director , at LPoirier @ palmbeachbar . org .
