Despite Covid-19 still hanging
over our heads and the risks of contracting it still a real possibility , life has generally returned to normal on the face of it . Job sites are hives of activity as contractors rush to make up for lost time and complete by year end . Whether firms close totally for the annual ‘ Builders Holiday ’ seems to be up in the air for many , with the trend seeming to point to a shorter holiday than in previous years to compensate for the time lost . It ’ s a hard decision to make . Staff are going to be exhausted and in need of a break but a long break is hard on the cashflow . I think most firms will only decide nearer the time .
The magazine has suffered along with everyone else but we are thankful to run a small , tight operation and are glad to still be publishing in both print and digital formats and looking forward to celebrating the 70th anniversary of the magazine in 2021 .
Marketing budgets for the new year will soon be finalised . Give me a call and let ’ s chat about a cost-effective package for your business .
