Support the organization by attending this festive virtual event on October 24th , where you can help them raise money for their essential programs that prevent child abuse and ensure children ’ s safety .

The San Diego Auto Museum is organizing the “ Shifting Gears ” Car Rally that will traverse San Diego from the museum in Balboa Park , all the way to Sycuan Casino Resort on October 10 . Classic cars , supercars , hotrods and many more will tour the city ending with a car show for all to enjoy .

Enjoy the beautiful October weather and hit the green for a day of socially distanced golfing , all while supporting programs and services that help more than 4,000 individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities . For the last 10 months , United Way of San Diego County has been celebrating their 100-year anniversary . The festivities will culminate when they host their Virtual Centennial Celebration on October 8th , honoring their partnerships and the impact they have had on the San Diego community .

Let ’ s Get Creative
The VAPA Foundation is organizing an Art Supplies Drive that will take place on October 10 at Madison High School . Performing artists , visual artists and many other performers will make this drive-thru event a feast for the eyes and soul . The event asks that you bring art supplies as your entrance fee , which will be given to elementary students in need .
