The Day of Golf is just one of the two signature events for the Cal Coast Cares Foundation . The second event benefitting the Cal Coast Cares Foundation is the Illuminate Pathways reception , which is filled with exciting entertainment , exquisite food , and live and silent auctions . What makes Illuminate Pathways so unique is that it highlights the talents of students within the San Diego community . Local culinary students prepare mouthwatering bites and desserts , youth musicians perform beautifully and student scholarship recipients share what receiving a scholarship has meant to them . The event is currently scheduled for the spring of 2021 .
