ACRODANCE
AcroDance is defined by its athletic character , unique choreography , and its use of acrobatics in a dance context . Dancers focus on fundamental acrobatic technique to increase flexibility , strength , balance , coordination , endurance , timing , body awareness , self-discipline , and confidence . This class is best taken in concurrence with Leaps and Turns .

INTERMEDIATE & ADVANCED
For dancers who have experience within a dance program ; however , beginners can register with approval from the program director / instructor . Class curriculum guides and end-ofthe-session evaluations are given out by instructors .
BALLET
Ballet helps each student create the firm foundation needed to improve and progress to the next level of study . Core body strength , arms ( port de bras ) and correct turn out based on a student ' s anatomy and muscular development are emphasized at the barre . Center work is focused on the basics of adagio ( slow controlled combination ), preparation for pirouettes , simple turns across the floor , petit allegro and grand allegro .
