This course will provide attendees with the opportunity to interface with and get candid insight from sitting judges who applied for appointment through the Judicial Nominating Commission process and who also successfully campaigned through the electoral process .
Attendees will also have the opportunity to meet with campaign consultant to provide insight into running an ethical and aggressive campaign and the financial requirements of doing so .
Additionally , a member of the governor ’ s judicial nominating committee will explore with the attendees the requirements necessary to apply for and proceed through to the governor for appointment to the Bench .
