Kim, long time CHHRC instructor, created this program with you in mind!
Kim joined CHHRC over 10 years ago and for the past five years she has been teaching various classes at the club. Kim enjoys helping people meet their goals, maybe even setting higher ones along the way. "Fitness isn’t a chore, its’ a lifestyle, it’s a community and incredibly rewarding. All I need to do is make it fun and effective," Kim says. And that's what this program does!
She knows where you're coming from . . .
"I smoked for 20 plus years and was 30 lbs overweight right up until I joined the gym about 10 years ago. I enrolled my son in Ginyard Achievement Center so I could work out at night after work, quit smoking, and started a long learning process that is still ongoing today."
