Fortune HB
Born as Malik Fortune, FortuneHB takes a lot of pride in everything he does. Being born in Opa-Locka on the 6th day Of
November 1996. Then moving to Hollywood Fl seven months later it seems safe to say that Hollywood Fl is FortuneHB's home.
Since elementary school FortuneHB realized he was in love with rap and in middle school was the the time he wrote is his first
song called "Hollywood" Ft.Killa Matt and Ocean Beats. The song grew very little clout among his community due to the quality
but his big brother and mentor Premi "Famous" Sterling took him in and tried to unlock his untapped potential at an early age.
Shortly after his first song, FortuneHB and his brother Matt"Killa Matt" Sterling decided to form a group of the duo and to name
the group HollyBros. The group name stemmed from them being to brothers from Hollywood. After the creation of the group
FortuneHB decided to take things further by creating a independent label called Hollybros Entertainment. At this point
FortuneHB was only 14. But all his plans came to holt after he had loss his Football scholarship to play at a local private school
called Sheridan Hills Christian. FortuneHB's biggest issue was that he stayed in trouble nothing to serious but still was labeled
as a trouble maker to some, which then made his mother move him from Hollywood to Lauderdale Lakes Fl, with his Father. This
put a somewhat of a hold to his plans due to his fathers strict rules to focus on school first, which still took almost all of high
school for FortuneHB to finally understand. After FortuneHB graduated in May 2015 he dropped a few singles that summer that
gain local popularity the singles being "Off the Top freestyle(Prod. Ocean beats)" and "She like it(Prod. Melrose zee)". After the
summer FortuneHB joined the USAF for nine months. After being discharged from the military for drug use and intent to sell
Fortune came home back more focused then ever finally making his label legitimized by getting all the paper work done and he
says in 2017 be prepared for some great new full projects and to be on the look out for Hollybros Entertainment whole roster this
year. There's so much more about this young talent that we were unfortunately able to squeeze into this BIO, but after speaking
to him personally you can see the hunger and dedication in his eyes and I'm Honestly excited to what he can bring to table this
year not only as an artist but also as a CEO.
