Boobies ‒ I love them
October is Breast Cancer Awareness month and every year a plan on doing a all Pink issue in honor of. However
as always time flies and I didn t get it done this year. So my plan is to make this happen in 2013. So if you know
of some nice rides that are pink and/or female owned let me know and we ll make this issue happen. I think
just about everyone knows someone somehow that has or has had breast cancer. We need to bring this to an
end. Help do your part and donate or purchase attire and spread the word. I know I do, I want to save them all
and see them all.
SEMA, SEMA, SEMA… Everyone in the industry is in full SEMA mode and building like crazy to get them done..
For this year we are working with Jonn Farr again on a full rebuild of what was project 6 pack.. The truck was
damaged beyond simple band aid repair while on tour last summer. So after some thought, why not rebuild
it and do everything right this time from start to finish. We will be right outside the front doors of the show
representing Airlift Company in their outdoor display.. Make sure to stop by the official web page for the truck
at www.project6shooter.com or fan us on facebook at www.facebook.com/project6shooter
This month s issue is another great one starting off with the adorable Gauge Girl Shelby on the cover with
Todd Kings Nasty Obsession 1998 Chevy S-10. This thing is covered in a least a hundred skulls and not a one
of them the same. This month: Marshall McVey 1 Sweet GMC 2002 GMC Envoy that turns the head of many
soccer moms and caught the attention of shooter Brad Walker. Next we have Indy Car driver Buddy Rice s Lead
Sled a 1949 Mercury Coupe built and photographed by Chris Fesler of Fesler Built out in Arizona. Last but
defiantly not least we have John Wayne Burtons Midwest Stunner a 1963 Chevrolet Impala that turns head no
matter where it parks. Jim Boitnott and crew at Boitnott Customs laid some nice paint down on this one as they
always do.
Shows in this issue start with Camp-N-Drag in the Hoosier state of Indiana. This year Billy and the boys added
Soapbox Derby that made for some interesting times. Don t miss this special section for bonus coverage of
the Camp N Drag soapbox races. Next Brad Walker went to the Music City of Nashville to cover the Good-Guys
event Nashville Nationals at Titan Stadium. Then we head out west where Jason Peckovitch captured the
CUSCC Auto Show held downtown in Boulder, Colorado. We finish off in the Sin City of Las Vegas for the Rat
City Rukkus where resident Pirate and photographer Chromey covered the shenanigan of the show.
Don t forget to check out the months Nick Body Shop and the super hotSidney Sebold shot by Nick Means.
Until Next Month, Finish those rides for SEMA, Take pleaty of money, and buy me a drink in Sin City.
