2022 — 2023 WSCA Queen Kalli Koepp
Happy Fall Ya ’ ll
I am so excited for what this year will bring being crowned your 2022-2023 WSCA Queen . I am sure over the next few months I will get to meet so many new people with my court , and I could not be more thrilled ! I can ’ t thank my saddle club , the Minnesota Valley Riders , my family , and friends ( both old and new ) for all of the love and support you have shown me over the past year . I am truly blessed and grateful for each and everyone of you .
The last few months have been busy , busy , busy . I headed to Champ Show at the end of September where I spent the week working in the show office , barn office , arena , and handing out awards . I can not say enough good things about our committee chairs . They put in so much time and effort into making the WSCA Champ Show a success each and every year . At the end of the weekend I was crowned onto the WSCA Royal Court . It was a dream come true and I can ’ t wait for the adventures we are going to have together . It is truly an honor to represent WSCA and it is something I have wished for since I was a little girl .
In October the court and I spent the day at the WSCA General Meeting . We got to meet a ton of people and it was so much fun getting out and being present at the WSCA board meeting as well as the WSCA General Delegation Meeting . Huge thank you to our chairs and board members for your dedication to our association .
Over the next month , I will spend some much needed quality time with my horse Streek . He has worked so hard for me all year and I can ’ t wait to spoil him everyday with extra treats and grooming . I also look forward to finding a couple fall shows to attend , and hopefully a trail ride before the snow flies . I have lived in Minnesota my whole life and it still shocks me with how fast winter comes around .
As for now , there is a lot of planning to do for the court ! We look forward to attending as many year end awards banquets as possible , and preparing for the next show season .
