You use a balanced combination of intuition , logic , and faith in yourself to make crystal clear decisions that you are happy with . You check in with your heart to find the truth .

I lived many years not trusting myself and my heart . I know now that my heart is the truest barometer of truth . When I started my journey to reconnect with my spiritual truth , I was looking for outside validation of my truth . I didn ’ t know how to connect with my heart and body to know the truth to make empowered decisions . my intuition and guidance was correct . Her answers always matched my guidance , but I needed the outside validation and “ proof ” for me to trust myself .
