Gingerbread Spiced Nuts
Simple and quick to prepare , this laid back snack combines classic spices that radiate Christmas coziness .
INGREDIENTS : 1 ½ cups walnut halves 1 ½ cups pecan halves ¾ tsp cinnamon ¾ tsp ground ginger ¼ tsp ground allspice ¼ tsp ground nutmeg 1 / 8 tsp ground cloves 3 Tbsp brown sugar 1 / 8-1 / 4 tsp coarse salt 2 Tbsp coconut oil , melted
METHOD : 1 . Preheat oven to 350 ° F . 2 . Add nuts to a large mixing bowl . 3 . In a small bowl , combine spices , sugar , salt and coconut oil . Add to nuts and toss until nuts are completely coated . 4 . Bake in 350 ° F oven for 10-12 minutes until fragrant . Let cool before serving .
