Social Therapy Mag: Siren, Where are you from? Siren: I’m from uptown Philadelphia, but I love my city, so I rep the entire city.

Social Therapy Mag: How many mixtapes do you have out now, and do you currently have an album out? Siren: None out right now, but I have many written. I’m currently working on a project with Miryda Black.

Social Therapy Mag: Do you feel that being a MC is ten times harder for a female in the game? Siren: No, I wouldn’t say ten times harder, but we females do go thru a lot being in a male dominated industry. However, the only hardships that I’ve been thru were guys wanting sleep with me or proving to the haters that I’m serious but my craft. Social Therapy Mag: Are you signed to any label? If not, what record labels would you sign with? Siren: No I’m not signed, and honesty I don’t want to be signed. I refuse to sell my life away; I’d rather work hard to build my own empire.

Social Therapy Mag: Who have you collabed with so far and who would you like to collab with? Siren: I’ve collabed with Miryda Black and P Get Bizze, two hard working artists from Philly! But if I had the chance to work with some mainstream artists (fingers crossed) it would be John Legend, Stevie Wonder, Lupe Fiasco, Musiq Soulchild, Jazmine Sullivan and Ceelo Green.

Social Therapy Mag: Are there any producers you would like to work with? Siren: I would love to work with Pharrell Willams, Dr Dre, Timbaland and Blood Sport which is another Philadelphian that is a wonderful talent.

Social Therapy Mag: Do you have any shows coming up? Siren: No, not at the time, I just wrapped up a show with Miryda Black and it was great. I am currently working on getting more shows but I do hit up a lot of open mics in the city.

Social Therapy Mag: Do you have videos out now? Siren: I have a few videos on YouTube and a few performance vids ...

Social Therapy Mag: What do you want people to know about Siren? Siren: I’m a down to earth female who seeks peace and has a sense of humor but I’m no nonsense! I love music, fashion and acting so I’m constantly being creative and I just love living life to the fullest!

Social Therapy Mag: where can your fans reach you at? Siren: I’m an internet junkie, lol, so catch me on: www.facebook.com/siren.iyana www.twitter.com/madamsiren www.youtube.com/shyren09 Also my website www.itssiren.webs.comI’m always online hit me up anytime for collabs and beats.
