Kathryn
Hello everyone ! My name is Kathryn Muir , and I am a sixth-year student at Marr College . I joined the newsletter in my final year at Marr because it seemed like an amazing opportunity to be an active member of the school community and stay involved during a difficult year . I hope to study Law at the University of Glasgow next year when I leave school as my favourite school subjects are English and History . I am honoured to be filling the role of School Captain this year at Marr and I am also involved in the debating club this year . Outside of school , I love to spend my time reading books , listening to music 24 / 7 and spending time with my family , usually watching Netflix , playing board games , or walking our dog along the beach . This year , my goals are to finish my Marr College experience on a high and make the most of my last year !

My name is Lucy and I joined the news team so that I could try something new . I have always really liked writing stories , fiction & non-fiction , and feel like this is a good opportunity for me . There is a bunch of skills that you learn whilst being in the news team that will be useful later on in life . I also joined because it is fun and you get to take part in something even if sometimes it ’ s just a small thing .

Hi I am Connor . I joined the team so I could meet new people and learn new skills and to put some to use personally I think the best thing I ’ m suited for is puzzils and not spelling as you can see I feel that I ’ m ok at some things but not spelling . So , don ’ t let that put you off joining .
