Microsoft Teams
Microsoft Teams is available online via Glow or as a Desktop App for your PC , laptop or mobile phone . It allows you to post comments and announcements as well as sharing files , resources and set assignments . Video capability is built in allowing live meetings and screen sharing . Click on the image to play a short video about Teams . Across the school we will be using Teams to share class resources along with learning outlines each week . This will help students who are self-isolating access materials from home , post questions and upload work for marking . More info to follow to soon ! Top Tip – Uploading Images of Hand-Written Tasks Don ’ t forget you can also download the OneNote app for your mobile phone . This acts as a digital jotter and allows your teachers to mark your work digitally . If you have a handwritten task your teacher would like you to upload as an assignment there are 2 ways you can do it :
How to :
1 . Add the picture to a page in your OneNote ( a page may already have been added to the assignment .) The mobile app allows you to upload a picture on your camera roll or take a picture directly from within the app itself )
2 . Insert a picture of your work to a blank Word document and upload this to the assignment . This will allow your teacher to use the ‘ draw ’ function to provide feedback or leave written comments .
