While most other climates are set in stone, the oceans' climates are what controls other climates in other biomes. Although, the water around the equator, tropical ocean biomes, usually exceeds 68 degrees Farenheit. The average rainfall may vary, but it usually tends to be around the average of 115 inches per year. Large changes in the factors of the tropical oceans' climate may cause tropical storms which can lead to mass damage on the home land. The tropical oceans' biome is thought to be one of the first biomes to exist because of the fact that it controls all other biomes' climates.
