On May 8th and 9th Ocala Electric Utility had a special guest speaker, Mr. Carl Potter C.S.P. Carl is a nationally recognized safety professional. He conducted a two, day long “Safety and the Supervisor” seminars for 30 city employees each day totaling 60 employees.
The Marion Youth Academy partnered with Ocala Electric Utility to conduct a lesson each month on electricity. The first lesson was held in May, on The Elements of Basic Electricity.
