From the CEO
2023 has been a big year for real estate. After a sluggish start the market began to pick up momentum in Autumn and has finished the year with good momentum going in to 2024.
OBrien started the year with the honour of being recognised as the REB Boutique Agency of the Year and finished the year as a finalist in the upcoming REB Agency of the Year awards category. Back-to-back nominations in two different categories is testament to the growth of our business and the value we provide our clients.
With our brand contemporisation completed, six new offices in 2023, a new head office in South Melbourne and more new offices joining in the new year we look forward to a very successful 2024.
