Randall Munroe isn ’ t your run-of-the-mill author and narrator ; he ’ s an ex-NASA roboticist and the second funniest teacher I ’ ve ever met ( next to Ms . Lee .) He has a great backstory , and he created a blog where people ask him absurd questions , what-if scenarios , and how to ’ s . Randall Munroe wants to answer all of his fans ’ questions in a funny form . But this is very hard because the questions are very complex . So he works hard to research the questions . With Randall Munroe ’ s expertise and engaging storytelling skills , he will teach you 28 awesome skills .
Now that we all know what this book is about , you ’ re probably wondering if this book is good , and I have mixed opinions . Something I love about How To is that it ’ s a page turner , which I could not love more while reading during spring break . Once I opened this book , it would take a long time for it to go away because it was so cool . Something else I loved about How To is that the resolution is satisfying . I enjoyed reading a chapter , finding the answer , and reading the next chapter . You ’ re going to need a lot of IXL lesson HH . 3 practice for this book in order to figure out what every word means ! There is an abundance of complex words in each chapter , so you ' ll often need to use context clues to find their definition .
