Andy Dalton is since coming in the league 3 seasons ago is really showing maturity thanks to first year coach Cj Slayer. Andy was so close to going over 4k in passing but still able to put out numbers like 3916 YDS 33TD 19INT 95.5 passer rating. With the additions of Dwayne Bowe in Free Agency the bengals have two threats that combined for 2257 YDS receiving and 18TD. With numbers like that you should be in the playoffs. If the Bengals don't want to be one and done against the Texans this week in the Wild card round they need to Run the ball more to become more two dimisional which will open there pass attack just that much more. None the less for a first year coach you have to give credit where credit is due and that is to the coach and the way he turned this team in one season into a contender.

Wild Card Prediction
There is not much to tell of Coach Neon as he came in the league with a 5-5 record taking over the Jags that were on a good run till there last coach had to leave mid season. Within those last 7 games most would of counted the jags out of the playoff race but the Jags contiuned to hunt down there opponents which brought them back in to a Wild Card hunt .This marks the Jags first apprearnce in the postseason in OBA history. Don't be suprise about a nice contract for coach NeoN. As we stated the Jags will have there hands full against the Raiders Run attack. If Jags play with a bend dont' break mentallity they have a good shot of pulling a upset in Oakland this week.
