DAY 1 • Depart U. S. Fly from the U. S. to Athens, Greece.
DAY 2 • Athens, Greece At your Athens hotel, meet your fellow travelers, including those from our Northern Greece: Thessaloniki & the Monasteries of Meteora pre-trip extension. Hotel in Athens
DAY 3 • Athens • Embark ship Enjoy a panoramic drive in Greece’ s historic capital to discover local landmarks. Then, set off for a tour of the Acropolis Museum, a tribute to the site’ s many archaeological treasures. Later, we’ ll embark our small ship, where we’ ll spend the next 7 nights. Tonight, gather for a Welcome Dinner.

DAY 4 • Aegina Step ashore in Aegina Town, once a rival of Athens and briefly the capital of Greece. Stroll past neoclassical buildings, lively markets, and artisan shops in this charming island capital, famed for its world-class pistachios. Later, visit the Dionisos Fistiki workshop to learn how Aegina’ s signature pistachios are grown and processed. Then, take a scenic island tour with stops at the Mother Statue and the historic Tower of Rallis, while learning about Aegina’ s ancient and modern heritage. DAY 5 • Nafplion • Epidaurus Today you’ ll explore the seaside town of Nafplion and travel to the ancient site of Epidaurus, a UNESCO World Heritage Site once renowned for its healing center dedicated to Asklepios. You’ ll visit its remarkably preserved fourth-century BC theater, famous for its perfect acoustics. In the afternoon, enjoy a guided walking tour of Nafplion, featuring Venetian architecture, a picturesque harbor, and historic fortresses that reflect the city’ s role as the first capital of modern Greece. DAY 6 • Syros • Cooking class Today you’ ll take a walking tour of Ermoupolis on Syros, the administrative capital of the Cyclades Islands. Along the way, try some loukoumi, a candy considered to be the Greek version of Turkish Delight. You’ ll also stop at a local market to shop for ingredients for a hands-on cooking class, where we’ ll prepare our lunch together. Meals: B, L, D | M / V Arethusa or M / V Athena
DAY 7 • Paros Your discoveries on Paros include the historic capital of Lefkes, the fishing village of Naousa, and the artistic hub of Parikia. Meals: B, D | M / V Arethusa or M / V Athena
DAY 8 • Kos Today you’ ll explore Kos Town, home to ancient ruins and the legendary plane tree linked to Hippocrates. You’ ll also visit the Asclepieion, a historic healing sanctuary and medical school where Hippocrates practiced, set on a scenic hillside overlooking the sea.

DAY 9 • Bodrum, Turkey • Home- Hosted Lunch Begin your day in Bodrum, a coastal city rich with history and Mediterranean charm. Discover the ancient theater of Halicarnassus, walk through the storied Myndos Gate, and take in panoramic views from the iconic hilltop
