DAY 2 • Copenhagen, Denmark Arrive in Copenhagen today, where you’ ll meet your fellow travelers, including those from our Denmark Discovery: Copenhagen & Odense pre-trip extension. Meals: D | Scandic Spectrum or similar
DAY 3 • Copenhagen • Embark ship Enjoy a walking tour of Copenhagen this morning, including City Hall Square; Strøget, the longest pedestrian street in all of Europe; and Nyhavn, the picturesque 17th-century canal waterfront. Later this afternoon, embark the M / V Clio, your home for the next 10 nights. Meals: B, D | M / V Clio
DAY 4 • Goteborg, Sweden A morning tour of Goteborg( also called Gothenburg) features one of the city’ s oldest neighborhoods, Haga, whose pedestrian streets are lined with well-preserved houses. Other highlights include Feskekôrka, an indoor fish market that is a mecca for seafood lovers; and Skansen Krona, a fortress built in 1641. Meals: B, L, D | M / V Clio
DAY 5 • Kristiansand, Norway Set off on a walking tour of Kristiansand, a seaside resort on Norway’ s southern tip.
Founded in 1641, the city was laid out in the typical grid pattern of the Renaissance era, which we’ ll see during a stroll through Kristiansand’ s Old Town. Other highlights include Fiskebrygga, the city’ s scenic fishing wharf, and the waterfront park area of Otterdalsparken. Meals: B, L, D | M / V Clio
DAY 6 • Haugesund • Viking farm visit From our dock in the town of Haugesund, we’ ll head to Avaldsnes for a visit to an openair museum painstakingly built to resemble a traditional medieval Viking farm, for insights into what domestic Viking life was like. We’ ll sail to Maloy after lunch. Meals: B, L, D | M / V Clio
DAY 7 • Maloy • Maloy Raid Center This morning, we’ ll be docked in the harbor of Maloy, a small town on the island of Vagsoy. One of Norway’ s major fishing ports, Maloy is renowned for its picturesque lighthouses and scenic surroundings. The town also played a small but significant role in helping to defeat the Nazis in World War II, which we’ ll learn about this morning during a visit to the Maloy Raid Center, site of a famous commando raid against occupying German troops. DAY 8 • Explore Alesund • Jugendstilsenteret Museum Enjoy a walking tour along the cobblestone streets of Alesund, whose buildings are a showcase of Art Nouveau splendor. We’ ll also visit the Jugendstilsenteret, a museum that recounts the story of a devastating fire in 1904 that destroyed the town and how it rose from the ashes and became one of Norway’ s most beautiful cities. After lunch, enjoy time to explore independently. Our ship will remain docked in Alesund’ s picturesque harbor among the fishing boats overnight.

DAY 9 • Alesund • Excursion to Geirangerfjord Get up close to Norway’ s most iconic fjord, Geirangerfjord, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. During our cruise along the 12-mile-long fjord, we’ ll stop in Geiranger, the small village nestled at the end of the fjord with cliffs and
