DAY 15 • Valencia Explore the port city of Valencia , known for its futuristic City of Arts & Sciences , which we ’ ll discover this morning . We ’ ll also visit the National Museum of Ceramics , and later stop to enjoy a horchata tasting , a traditional beverage consisting of tigernuts .

DAY 16 • Valencia • Paella workshop We ’ ll continue exploring Valencia today with a panoramic tour , including a visit to the city ’ s historic old town . Later , we ’ ll try our hand at making traditional paella during a cooking workshop . Originating from Valencia , paella consists of rice , saffron , vegetables , chicken , and seafood cooked and served in one pan . This evening , sail to Barcelona .

DAY 17 • Barcelona Today we ’ ll discover the cosmopolitan capital of Barcelona during a panoramic tour , which includes a walk through Gothic square , a chance to try traditional delicacies , and a visit to La Pedrera , Antoni Gaudi ’ s most iconic work of civic architecture .
