DAY 4 • Orkney Isles • Orkney sheep farm experience • Churchill Barriers Today we ’ ll experience life on a working sheep farm . We ’ ll help with some chores , enjoy a sheepdog demonstration , then help prepare lunch . Afterwards , we ’ ll visit the Churchill Barriers , built more than 80 years ago in response to a surprise attack from a German U-boat . We ’ ll also see Orkney ’ s famous Italian Chapel .
