DAY 3 • Copenhagen • Embark ship Enjoy a walking tour of Copenhagen this morning , including City Hall Square ; Strøget , Europe ’ s longest pedestrian street ; and Nyhavn , the picturesque 17th-century harbor . Later , embark the M / V Clio , your home for the next 10 nights .

DAY 4 • Goteborg , Sweden A morning tour of Goteborg ( also called Gothenburg ) features one of the city ’ s oldest neighborhoods , Haga , whose pedestrian streets are lined with well-preserved houses . Other highlights include Feskekôrka , an indoor fish market that is a mecca for seafood lovers ; and Skansen Krona , a fortress built in 1641 .

DAY 5 • Kristiansand , Norway Set off on a walking tour of Kristiansand , a seaside resort on Norway ’ s southern tip . Founded in 1641 , the city was laid out in the typical grid pattern of the
Renaissance era , which we ’ ll see during a stroll through Old Town . Other highlights include the scenic fishing wharf of Fiskebrygga and the waterfront park area of Otterdalsparken .

DAY 6 • Rosendal • Folgefonna Glacier With our ship docked in Rosendal , set off for a full-day excursion to Folgefonna , Norway ’ s southernmost and third-largest glacier . Enjoy a picnic lunch and a nature hike by the glacier before returning to our ship .

DAY 7 • Maloy • Maloy Raid Center This morning , we ’ ll be docked in the harbor of Maloy , a small town on the island of Vagsoy . One of Norway ’ s major fishing ports , Maloy also played a small but significant role in helping to defeat the Nazis in World War II , which we ’ ll learn about at the Maloy Raid Center , site of a famous commando raid against occupying German troops .
After lunch aboard the ship , you can explore independently or walk along the seacoast to visit Kannesteinen Rock , an unusual rock formation created by thousands of years of crashing waves .

DAY 8 • Explore Alesund • Jugendstilsenteret Museum
Enjoy a walking tour along the cobblestone streets of Alesund , whose buildings are a showcase of Art Nouveau splendor . We ’ ll also visit the Jugendstilsenteret , a museum that recounts the story
of how Alesund rose from the ashes after a devastating fire destroyed the town in 1904 . Our ship will remain docked in Alesund ’ s picturesque harbor overnight .

DAY 9 • Alesund • Excursion to Geirangerfjord Get up close to Norway ’ s most iconic fjord , Geirangerfjord , a UNESCO World Heritage Site . While cruising the 12-mile-long fjord , we ’ ll stop in Geiranger for a walking tour of this small village nestled at the end of the fjord . We ’ ll also stop at the Norwegian Fjord
