River Trail Nature Center, 3120 Milwaukee Ave. Discover how to
capture the beautiful sights the forest preserves have to offer. Point
and shoot cameras provided. Novice photographers ages 7-12.
Register by 5/12. Free.
Heller Nature Center, 2821 Ridge Rd. Travel with a Heller Naturalist
to Horicon Marsh, a 33,000 acre Wisconsin wetland, to view the
spring migration. Thousands of birds come through the protected
wetland each spring! We’ll take a guided boat tour, see the Visitor
Center and take a 1-2 mile hike. Bring a sack lunch and binoculars
and dress for the weather. Register by May 9. $40.

of cake decorating, like how to frost a cake and add borders. Decorate a holiday cake that you can show off at your next gathering.
